Terms and Conditions

Estimates + Quotations
Any and all prices that appear on this site are subject to change, without notice. All written estimates are valid for 30 days. If an estimate has not been accepted within 30 days, it may be subject to change, due largely to continual fluctuation in paper and supply prices.


Terms of Payment
All orders must be prepaid, in advance of the print job. We gladly credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), Bill Me Later and PayPal payments. Without agreeing to these terms and conditions and payment in advance, no orders can be placed or processed. TigerForms reserves the right to refuse production of any print job.

 

Cancellations 

No cancellation of orders for UV-coated products will be allowed past our cut-off time of 3 p.m. Please understand what goes into the printing process prior to that time – your artwork has been downloaded, and electronically placed on a gang-run sheet; the plates have been made; and production has begun on your job. Any additional projects may be subject to fees from incurred costs (plates, restocking fees, etc.)


Orders 
Tiger Business Forms, Inc. reserves the right to apply its own discretion in refusing to print anything we deem improper, or known to be illegal. Tiger Business Forms, Inc. is not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws, or illegal use of trade names or slogans. The client guarantees the legal title of all matter submitted to Tiger Business Forms, Inc. for printing and/or publication.


By uploading an order, sending it via e-mail or mailing/delivering a file, you understand that the file which is sent to Tiger Business Forms, Inc. will be the file Tiger Business Forms, Inc. will print from. Tiger Business Forms, Inc. is
not responsible for printing files that may not be "approved" by your customer, or that may consist of or contain low-resolution images. Tiger Business Forms, Inc. will not be responsible if your job is backed up incorrectly (or if you fail to specify how your job is to be backed up). Tiger Business Forms, Inc. is not responsible for any errors or oversights on the part of your own employees. Tiger Business Forms, Inc. is not responsible for undetected production errors.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FILE YOUR JOB GETS PRINTED FROM!

ANY AND ALL REFUNDS WILL COME IN THE FORM OF IN-HOUSE CREDIT!


Refunds + Credits
Once an order has been placed on our site for production, there are 
no refunds available. Should an order be cancelled in the appropriate manner during the allotted cancellation period, Tiger Business Forms, Inc. will issue a credit for future orders for whatever amount (if any) is owed to the client. In no case shall Tiger Business Forms, Inc. issue a full refund or offer anything other than a credit against future orders. Should the client abandon their order for whatever reason, they will not be entitled to a refund for any printing, shipping, or color-proofing fees. 

Electronic Manuscripts + Images 
It is the client's sole responsibility to maintain a copy of the original computer files and artwork. Tiger Business Forms, Inc. is
not responsible for accidental loss or damage to media supplied by the client, or for errors on supplied artwork furnished by the client. Until Tiger Business Forms, Inc. can evaluate digital input, no claims or promises are made about our ability to work with jobs submitted in digital format – and no liability is assumed for problems that may arise. Any additional translating, editing, or programming required to utilize client-supplied files will be billed to our clients, at our current rates.

 

Accuracy of Specifications 
Any and all quotes are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided. If the supplied art does not conform to the information on which the original estimate was based, Tiger Business Forms, Inc. can re-quote a job at the time of submission. Orders placed with Tiger Business Forms, Inc. are to the client's knowledge correct, and there will be
no conditions or agreements relating to the order which are not written or accompanying said order.

Reprints 
Any and all reprints of orders due to poor quality, shipping damage, incorrect paper, or any reason the order may be rejected by the client and is agreed upon by the client and Tiger Business Forms, Inc. to be the fault of Tiger Business Forms, Inc., shall be reprinted using the same artwork/electronic file that was used for the rejected order. Artwork/electronic file changes will be treated as a new job, and will be 100% billable to the client. No artwork changes can be printed as a replacement file without prior approval by management of Tiger Business Forms, Inc.

 

Alterations + Corrections 
Any and all client alterations must be specified in writing, and must include all corrections or changes from the original specifications. Any such work will be charged at our current rates.

Prepress Proofs 
When requested by the client, Tiger Business Forms, Inc. will produce color proofs for the client’s review and approval. No additional work will be performed until the proof is returned.

Color Proofing 

Due to variances in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a "pleasing color" variation between color proofs and the completed job (as determined by standard trade technical methods) is to be expected. When such a variation occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance.

Overs + Unders 
Tiger Business Forms, Inc. will typically deliver the exact quantity of goods ordered, plus a small additional amount. There is never any extra charge for the additional amount. The standard trade practice is plus-or-minus 10%.

Workmanship Guarantee 
Due to the nature of printing, Tiger Business Forms, Inc.  shall not be held responsible for any of the following issues which may occur during our production process: variation in color, offset (smudges), cutting variations, marking, picking, etc. With "gang run"-style printing, it’s possible that all printed materials may be trimmed by 1/16th of an inch undersized, on all sides (please address all art appropriately). The client acknowledges that if they request substantial price discounts and expedited delivery times, then said printing will not be held to the same standard as traditional offset lithography, nor general printing standards.

Billing + Promotional Pricing 
Your credit card bill will always read "Tiger Business Forms, Inc." We may offer special pricing on a monthly basis. Any special pricing is subject to change without notice, and may be withdrawn at any time using our sole discretion. Likewise, Tiger Business Forms, Inc. reserves the right to deny promotional discounts or special pricing, should we deem the job to not fall within specifications. 

 

Claims 
Any and all claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing by the client – no later than 48 hours after delivery. If no such claim is made, Tiger Business Forms, Inc. and the client will both understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that the performance of Tiger Business Forms, Inc. has fully satisfied all terms, conditions, and specifications.

Uploading Artwork
Tiger Business Forms, Inc. will produce your order to the best of our abilities, using the artwork you place your order with. In no way can Tiger Business Forms, Inc. be held liable for any orders produced incorrectly due to incorrect artwork supplied by our clients. Tiger Business Forms, Inc. will not be held responsible for matching printed samples that were produced by another print shop, or produced by
ANY digital equipment. If there are any incorrect artwork issues, ranging from the wrong file being uploaded to incomplete art being used for the order, the client will be held 100% responsible for the reprint. Please check the preview that our website (www.tigerforms.com) produces before approving the art and placing the order. It is your responsibility to make sure your artwork is correct and meets the Tiger Business Forms, Inc. requirements before placing an order.

 

Inkjet Proofs 
Inkjet and laser prints are both known to appear significantly different from offset printing. We offer lower prices and rapid turnaround by printing to a "pleasing color" standard, using standard ink densities. Tiger Business Forms, Inc.  has a closed loop system for color, so there is no guarantee that your finished piece will match either your printed sample or a proof provided by you. This variance results from the divergent results from different output devices, including inkjet printers, continuous tone proofing devices, and film-based proofs.

Termination of Account
Tiger Business Forms, Inc. may suspend or terminate your account and/or your right to utilize the services made available through our website in the event that we determine – or have reasonable grounds to suspect – that you are in violation of site terms. Tiger Business Forms, Inc. reserves the right – without notice and in our sole discretion – to terminate your right to use this site for any reason or no reason at all, and to block or prevent your future access to and use of this site. If we determine are allowing someone other than you to access our site using your account information, we reserve the right to prevent your account from further ordering and/or viewing pricing.
